The ritual begins with breathing to get closer to your mind and body. Then we dip in the Indals River and master the cold together with the power nature has given us. Then we warm up in our wood-burning sauna. The method is inspired by: @iceman_hof Wim Hof.

Enhance your skiing experience
Increase your ski experience with "cool yoga" Come on with it you have ski slides, lengths or snow shoes. We walk from Ulla valley's lower parking (the big) up to the Kalfjället, about 20 min easy ski trip or snow shoes. Between the magical mountains of Mullfjället and the Skutan we enjoy a beautiful mountain syrup. After yoga we build a sun pit and ”fika” (snack)together.
Increase yoga experience on Åresjön
Increase your yoga experience with the water's movement as a foundation on the Åresjön. Together we yoga we practice, balance and inner strength on a stand up paddle board. Sup yoga helps you become more focused and at the same time it's fun and playful. Enjoy being on the water, see your surroundings with other eyes and become one with nature.
