Welcome to a wonderfully rustic and genuine yoga farm outside Malaga that exclusively receives groups of yoga, mindfulness and the like from all over the world.
We have exclusivity to the whole place this week. Enjoy the salt water pool, spring sun, rural and tranquil surroundings and the wonderfully flowering mountain slopes between the yoga pass each morning and evening in April.
Your teacher Fia Aunsmos devis is that yoga suits everyone of all ages, she wants to spread the knowledge of how good one can feel from yoga's simple tools. Fia is a certified yoga teacher with 13 years in the industry.

Yoga trip to finca inspira. The place inspires you to find the feeling of happiness and prosperity. You will taken care of in the best of way. By Anna Oldermark with a long experience of exercise and wellness and Fia Aunsmo with long experience of Yoga and meditation. Both work with a great heart, care and consideration.
Fantastic Finca Inspira is just a five-minute drive from Estepona, at the foot of Mount Bermeja, offers 4 hectares of landscaped fruit gardens and gardens permanent and four newly built houses with all private pools. Finca Inspira was created by Niclas Oldenmark in his true vision of building and creating the perfect holiday paradise, and is today the most relaxing and beautiful environment one can spend on spending time on.
Every morning we start with a beautiful morning yoga on the rooftop terrace or on the beach, then enjoy a cozy breakfast. During the days you will have the opportunity for activities such as hiking, swimming, self-time, time for meditation and silence. The days end with an evening yoga or meditation.
* Accommodation share in room / house,

Welcome to a couple of days of recovery on my paradise "Hökhult". Release everyday life and find the playfulness of yoga. We will focus on the joy and breathing of yoga and how beneficial it is for us, both physically and mentally. During your stay you will have time for yoga and mental yoga, conscious walks, tranquility and silence. You will have time for a reflection work that you bring home and realize. The place is Torpet Hökhult 15 minutes outside Nyköping. The tower consists of several houses, they are situated on a lake "Mellsjön" and 800m from the Baltic Sea. Activities such as bathing, stand-up paddeling-yoga, sea bathing, hiking on the Sörmland trail will be possible.

Single room supplement + 700 SEK. You bring your own bed linen)
All yoga and related equipment and food.
Food: We cook all meals together in an outdoor kitchen or over the fire at the rocks. The food is vegan, not vegan, if you have allergies.
Time: We gather at 17.00 on Monday 22/6, with a common dinner and evening snack. (please come earlier in the day if you want) Then the full program is until Saturday the 27th to about 13.00 .. return home then. I will organize carpooling as far as possible, pick-up from the train station in Nyköping can also be arranged.

Three complete workouts created by the physiotherapist Helenaoch led by Fia where we focus on motion, breathing, relaxation and knee exercises to maintain and enhance your health and well-being throughout your pregnancy. The passports are designed so that everyone regardless of the training background will be able to handle them and can be customized according to their own conditions and day shape!
