Welcome to a couple of days of recovery at my paradise "Hökhult". Let go of everyday life and find the joy and playfulness of yoga.


Using several different forms:

-antigravity yoga (sjalyoga),



-climbing and yoga,

-forest bath

-sea ​​bath lake swimming and sauna

-time for silence

-hiking on the Sörmlandsleden

-reflection work that you take home and realize


The place is Torpet Hökhult 15 minutes outside Nyköping. The croft consists of several houses, they are located by a lake "Mellsjön" and 800m from the Baltic Sea.


Example of a day:

Morning yoga

Long wonderful breakfast

Activity such as mindfullwalk, Sjalyoga, climbing or Silens.

Shared Lunch

Yoga such as supyoga, bridge yoga

Accommodation (shared room with one or two people.) (You bring your own bed linen)

All yoga with associated equipment


Food: We cook all meals together in an outdoor kitchen or over the fire by the rocks.

The food is vegetarian, not vegan, let us know if you have allergies.


Time: We gather at 15.00 on the 12th. After that there is a full program until Sunday at approx. 13.00 .. return home afterwards.

Ripmon Retreat in the Mountain of Åre

Welcome to a magical retreat at Ripmon in Ullådalen.


We start with a wonderful run or hike up to Ripmon, once up we enjoy the magical view over Mullfjället with a warming cup of tea.


Then a mobility training with Nicke and a Yoga with Fia. Then we go to Micheala who has prepared a wonderful lunch inside the cottage in front of the stove.

For those who wish, there is a sauna and a bath across the river before the meal.

Equipment: mountain runners or hiking clothes, extra socks, shoes, water bottle, for those who want swimwear and towel.

Yoga trip to finca inspira. The place inspires you to find the feeling of happiness and prosperity. You will taken care of in the best of way. By Anna Oldermark with a long experience of exercise and wellness and Fia Aunsmo with long experience of Yoga and meditation. Both work with a great heart, care and consideration.


Finca Inspira

Fantastic Finca Inspira is just a five-minute drive from Estepona, at the foot of Mount Bermeja, offers 4 hectares of landscaped fruit gardens and gardens permanent and four newly built houses with all  private pools. Finca Inspira was created by Niclas Oldenmark in his true vision of building and creating the perfect holiday paradise, and is today the most relaxing and beautiful environment one can spend on spending time on.



Every morning we start with a beautiful morning yoga on the rooftop terrace or on the beach, then enjoy a cozy breakfast. During the days you will have the opportunity for activities such as hiking, swimming, self-time, time for meditation and silence. The days end with an evening yoga or meditation.

Here's the course you're looking for !! The course is aimed at those who want to create a better approach to your eating and your body. We use meditation as our biggest tool, which helps you become more aware of your behaviors. You learn to listen to the body's signals, learn to interpret them. Three complete workouts created by the physiotherapist Helenaoch led by Fia where we focus on motion, breathing, relaxation and knee exercises to maintain and enhance your health and well-being throughout your pregnancy. The passports are designed so that everyone regardless of the training background will be able to handle them and can be customized according to their own conditions and day shape!

Welcome to a wonderfully rustic and genuine yoga farm outside Malaga that exclusively receives groups of yoga, mindfulness and the like from all over the world.


We have exclusivity to the whole place this week. Enjoy the salt water pool, spring sun, rural and tranquil surroundings and the wonderfully flowering mountain slopes between the yoga pass each morning and evening in April.


Your teacher Fia Aunsmos devis is that yoga suits everyone of all ages, she wants to spread the knowledge of how good one can feel from yoga's simple tools. Fia is a certified yoga teacher with 13 years in the industry.
