Torpet Hökhult 15 minutes is located outside Nyköping. The croft consists of several houses, they are located by a lake "Mellsjön", just 800 meters from the Baltic Sea.
We'll start our day with morning yoga which continues with a long, enjoyable breakfast. During the day we'll enjoy activities such as mindfulness walks, antigravity yoga, climbing or just enjoying the silence.
We'll have a shared lunch and dinner and in the afternoon we spend our time activating ourselves with SUP Yoga or yoga at the jetty by the lake.
Accommodation (shared room with one or two people.) (You bring your own bed linen). All yoga classes and associated equipment is included.
All meals are made in an outdoor kitchen or over an open fire where we cook our food together. All food is vegetarian, not vegan. Please notify us of any allergies in advance.
Time & travel arrangements
We gather at 15.00. After that we have a full program until Sunday at approx. 13.00
Carpooling will be organized as far as possible. Pick-up from the train station in Nyköping may be arranged.

Example of a day at the Mountain Retreat
We'll wake up our bodies with a nice morning yoga
We'll eat a long, lovely breakfast
Before noon: Hiking in a mountainous environment and bathing in the forest.
Lunch: Outdoor lunch on the mountain with guided meditation.
Afternoon: Yoga Flow, followed by reflection and Yoga Nidra.
Evening: Sauna and chill-out.We'll make a three course meal together. Half of the group cooks one day and the other half the other.
The price includes all yoga classes and guiding, full board for two nights, three course meals, all drinks (including wine for dinner) and transfer in Åre. Also included is the luxurious feeling of doing it all in a small group (no more than 12 participants).

RIPMON RETREAT in Årefjällen

Welcome to a magical retreat at Ripmon in beautiful Ullådalen, Åre!
This retreat starts with a lovely run or hike to Ripmon. Up there, we'll enjoy the wonderful view of nearby Mullfjället and a hot cup of tea. Afterwards, we'll do some mobility training with Nicke and a yoga session with Fia. And then we'll join Michaela who has prepared a tasty lunch inside the hut in front of the stove. If you wish, there's the option of bathing in nearby Tvärån and hitting the sauna before lunch.

The combination of yoga and hiking will give you a strong and balanced body from head to toe. You don't need any previous experience from hiking or yoga to participate in this adventure.
Nationally known cross-country expert and mountain life devotee and yoga instructor Fia Aunsmo both have a long experience from hiking and yoga. They welcome you to a two-day retreat at the family-owned Fjällsätra hotel in Undersåker.

Follow me on a Yoga trip to Finca Inspira. This place will inspire you to find a sense of happiness and prosperity. On site, you will be well taken care of by Anna Oldermark, who has a long experience of training and healthy food and Fia Aunsmo who has an equally long experience of yoga and meditation. Both will do so with heart, care and consideration.

Each day starts with a morning yoga session at the roof terrass or on the beach. Afterwards, we enjoy a nice breakfast. Each day, you have the opportunity to enjoy activities such as hiking, bathing, meditation or alone-time and stillness. We end our days with a session of evening yoga or meditation.

Full board: the house will be filled with local produce and seasonal primaries from which you make your breakfast and lunch. Dinner will be served by us.

Welcome to a wonderfully rustic and genuine yoga farm outside Malaga that exclusively receives groups of yoga, mindfulness and the like from all over the world.
We have exclusivity to the whole place this week. Enjoy the salt water pool, spring sun, rural and tranquil surroundings and the wonderfully flowering mountain slopes between the yoga pass each morning and evening in April.
Your teacher Fia Aunsmos devis is that yoga suits everyone of all ages, she wants to spread the knowledge of how good one can feel from yoga's simple tools. Fia is a certified yoga teacher with 13 years in the industry.
