About
Yoga with Fia
Fia Aunsmo -yoga -and wilderness guide. Implements yoga in most things she does. In addition to classic yoga sessions, hot yoga and antigravity yoga in her yoga studio, she often takes classes out into nature.
How about hiking yoga, ski yoga in the mountains or SUP yoga in groups or one-on-one? New for this year is the combination of yoga, cold bath and sauna at Åresjön where Fia goes through breathing exercises and movements to warm up the body inside before the bath and sauna.
Fia holds a yoga retreat in Åre, Nyköping and plans to have one in Spain

If you are interested in participating in one of our courses, sign up via telephone, email or by post.
Cancellation Rules, Yoga classes/courses/PT Clients and groups in Sweden:
Cancellation/changes can be made without charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.
Cancellation/changes made 48-25 hours before the appointment: 50% of the fee is charged.
Cancellation/changes made 24-0 hours before the appointment: 100 % of the fee is charged.
The agreed sum is the client's approved bid. Cancellations should be made in direct contact with Fia.
IN CASE OF ILLNESS/DISEASE
In case you need to cancel your booking due to illness/disease, you will need to produce a medical certificate for full reimbursement. The same applies to retreats held abroad (a small administrative fee will be charged).
